2020: A Year in Review
2020 has been an odd, difficult, rewarding, and memorable year. We’ve all dealt with uncertainty, fear, anger, frustration, boredom, and a full range of other emotions. While there are many things that did not go according to plan in 2020 there were also some pretty great things that happened within the eGuide family. Take a look at what we’ve been up to this year, both professionally and personally! And lastly, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge all of our wonderful partners whom we worked with in 2020. We truly would not be where we are without your partnerships, and for that we are so grateful.
Nine New Websites
Lauren was very busy building websites this year! And these are just the ones we have completed. We have a couple more currently in the works as well. Take a look at our websites we designed from start to finish this year. Click on the photo to see the full site.
And lastly…eGuide!
One eGuide Baby
The real CEO of eGuide, Campbell has been crashing Zoom since his birth. He got to meet Lauren & the eGuide team once since the pandemic hit, but can often be found barking orders on team huddles and client calls. If something needs to get done, we turn to Campbell.
One eGuide Puppy
If you know Lauren you’ve probably had to endure her showing you photos of random French bulldogs. Well, she finally did it and got herself a Frenchie puppy! Welcome baby Cleo! Also known as little bean, cutie pie, my sweetheart, lil stinker, and many others. Cleo is the absolute cutest, but don’t let the big ears fool you she doesn’t know how to listen to her momma quite yet.
Helped 20 Surge Employees Transition into Work From Home
It’s no secret that work-from-home was an unprecedented, difficult transition for some of us. eGuide was able to assist employees at the Surge Institute smoothly transition both digitally and physically. With the magic of the cloud, Google Drive, project management systems, and lots of checklists, eGuide was able to assist the organization to comfortably work from home.
One New Business Endeavor, Two Cities, and 25 Retailers
When the pandemic hit, eGuide knew that small businesses, specifically artisans, would quickly start to suffer financially. That’s why we started Partisan. We partnered with local artisans in both the Chicago and Milwaukee area to create an online artist hub. We got to work with some amazing retailers (and also got to work on a whole brand launch)!
