Andy Tretow: Content Marketing Manager

A Little Back Story

Hello! I am Andy Tretow, and I have been with eGuide as a Content Marketing Manager since the Fall of 2021. Getting to work on the digital creative team is always exciting as we are constantly presented with opportunities to work on new designs, features, or visions that allow us to tap into the creative minds of our clients. My previous work experience has spanned different areas of the communications world. I have worked as a Director of Communications for non-profit organizations and as a promotional staffer, on-air radio personality, and sports play-by-play host in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

My wife and I moved here from Madison, Wisconsin, in 2021, and we love it! I love being a dad to our two-year-old son and our favorite pup, Scootie. I am a huge sports fan, and you will often find me watching, listening, or talking about my favorite teams, no matter the time of year. When I’m not doing that, I am a huge fan of trivia, finding new sweet treats and delicious recipes, or rewatching The Office or Parks and Rec for the 100th time.

Q&A With Andy

Q: What’s something many don’t know about you? A: I am a huge fan of trivia facts! I could fill a book of all of the useless trivia I know but hey - it could win me a 50 dollar gift card one day.

Q: What is your go-to coffee or tea order? A: I am split - Coffee: Iced Oatmilk Latte (light ice) and Tea: Peach Green Tea Lemonade (It has the word tea in it...)

Q: What is your go to karaoke song? A: Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I'm Yours)

Q: What is your go to comfort T.V. show that you could watch a million times and never get bored? A: The Office hands down

Q: What is your favorite eGuide core value? A: Do Something that Helps Someone

Q: What is your favorite partner story? A: The one I tell the most often is with Clare from Chicago Art Therapy Collective. Being able to help her take her concept, get it all on paper (or in Lucid Spark), and build a website that is 100% authentic to her brand and personality was so rewarding. It was one of those stories that made me feel like I was meant to do this and help our amazing clients just like her.

Q: Best eGuide memory so far? A: Our 2022 retreat was great! Just to be able to hang out as a team and grow was an amazing experience. Looking forward to 2023 already!
