We are entering a new era…
As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to advance, chatbots are becoming more influential in our daily lives. From ChatGPT to Bard To Bing, there has been a lot of buzz about Chatbots. We've compiled a list of 10 TikToks that can help you better understand ChatGPT and AI chatbots.
1) Let’s start at the beginning, what is ChatGPT

Not super technical, but here’s a great illustration of what ChatGPT has the capability to do. If you haven’t been following ChatGPT too closely, here’s a great place to start.
2) Breaking down ChatGPT-4

ChatGPT-4 is the first AI chatbot that can understand images and logic. From making recipes out of a picture of groceries to building a website out of a sketch on a napkin, this launch just a few weeks ago has been yet another epic chapter in this book that seems to be being written by an AI chatbot.
3) Your Excel (and Google Sheets) just got smarter

If you don’t know what a Macro is, first ask ChatGPT and then start thinking about how you can power up your spreadsheets. If you can train yourself to think in prompts, the world is now your oyster.
4) Not all prompts are created equal

We have all been programmed to think in Google Search terms. ChatGPT is not a search engine, it wants to be a companion. What type of companion do you need right now, well let ChatGPT know, and viola.
5) ChatGPT detectors are going to be a thing

Now before you all go down the rabbit hole of wanting ChatGPT to write everything you, it’s going to become more commonplace to see Chatbot detectors. Our prediction is as soon as Google starts to feel the squeeze of users moving over to Bing or GPT, any AI-written content will magically be scrubbed from search results.
6) We are all now junior developers.

The tech scene has already been shaken up by the current economic landscape, and now AI Chatbots may be adding to the disruption. ChatGPT can not only act as a developer’s coding companion, but it can also spit out some pretty clean code for a variety of languages.
7) Microsoft Copilot is on a mission to disrupt Office365

Picture this, a Teams meeting that has a built-in executive assistant that compiles actionable assigned tasks discussed, and formulates meeting minutes quickly and concisely. Sound like the future?
8) CoPilot for Powerpoint

Oh, those agendas and minutes that were just discussed in that Teams meeting, remember? Yeah, they will be able to quickly be reformatted into a presentation deck with a few prompts following the formatting of any other presentation that exists in your office environment.
9) Don’t worry, the same thing is happening for Google Workspace

It’s still a tale as old as time, what happens in Microsoft, must happen in Google and vice versa. So Google will be getting the same AI upgrades (with slight variations) as Office 365.
10) Tech leaders are calling for an ‘AI Summer Break’

On March 29th, 2023 a petition was signed by some influential tech giants (Elon Musk/Steve Wozniak to name a few) to call for a 6-month break on future developments so that policy can catch up to the new technology. The concern is that there are competing businesses that are seizing the opportunity to disrupt market shares and that is going to overshadow ethics.
